Lease deed

Hello,
I would like to know way regarding below mentioned condition.

In a agreement of lease lessee have a right to extent the time period of lease as per lessee's requirement at the same rate and same terms. There is no clause of increment of rent/lease money.

Now in the inflation market increment of lease money is required.

The Agreement made can be said one sided.
In this particular situation please advice me what ways available to lessor?
Please reply needful.

Terminate the existing lease deed and execute a fresh one.

You shall have to find out the clause by use of which the lease agreement may be cancelled and exhaust that clause as desired. It shall be better to get the vacation of that property by canceling it for the personal use.

Unless there is an opportunity to study the lease agreed it is difficult for me to say anything about it.

contact a local lawyer . on peruisnt the terms and condions of lease he will advise you . get notice for termination of lease drafted by the lawyer .

Yes, as indicated by Experts above, one need to examine the entire lease deed to ascertain if at all there lies any scope for enhancement of lease rent during the currency of the deed in question.
In case it is observed that no such scope lies in the said lease deed , the only option open to the Lessor is to seek termination of the deed following the stipulation if any noted in the said document .

An experienced local Advocate will be the best Expert at hand to lend you hand holding support to go ahead in the matter.
