Case should be quash under section 498a

i want to know how to quash the case under 498A , harrasment , beaten etc., which has been FIR and also lodge the complaint made my wife very irrelevent allegations.

the name has been put mine alongwith my parents but they are staying in other place and i am staying in other place.

kindly advise me how to proceed for the same.

You have to proceed by appointing a good criminal lawyer practicing in High Court.

Mere staying separately is no ground for quashing especially if there is specific allegations against them.

Usually wife allegation is, that a distance resident family member instigate by phone/ contact to inflict cruelty.
So residing far away is no defence.
Only effective remedy is DEFENCE.
It seems, you r granted bail and after that, one need not worry .
Let matter proceed.
98% are acquitted, as majority 498A cases are false.
