Removing coowner name

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have a flat jointly registered with my mother. There is now some domestic problems in my family. Now I want to remove my mothers name from the flat registration. So that my sibblings cannot have any right on this flat in future. Kindly please suggest me.

your mother has to execute deed of gift or relinquishment in your name .

why should your mother execute indemnity bond? you have to give bond to society to transfer flat in your name

Indemnity bond has nothing to do,only gift or relinquishment deed executed by your mother in your favor can solve your problem. .
