Sure sir, I M about to start construction of a building, the land is owned by me. I need to know what laws do I need to take care while constructing my building. This place is a Union Territory. Thank You

you have to obtain approvalsof building plans from muncipal coprorataion . then only can you carry out construction

Go to Architect, He will approve/ Pass Plans c Municipal/ Local authority, and appoint RCC st Engg to built it.

Nothing further. Just built with help of Architect & Engg as per approved Plan. They will guide you.
