Defendent can defend in the court

Dear Sir,

Another Person is file the case u/s 138 for Cheque bounce. Firstly i am given the advocate for that case, but he is not work properly and i am not in a posotion to appoint another advocate. But I have proper paper work with me. Can i defend himself in court? If yes, then what is the procedure for that?

Any person with the permission of the court can defend his own case so obtain the permission of the court first even it may be oral.

he or his advocate has to attend case regularly . if his advocate is present complainant need not come on each date

No, his advocate & also complainant not come to the court. Therefore, i am regularly goes to court.
