Extra charges by mobile company

Can I file a case against the company for extra mobile call charges which i have not made. please advice.riven

Yes you can file consumer complaint against mobile company and for compensation.riven

additionally you can demand the excess charges with interest, harassment and cost of litigation.riven

Yes but its a technicality if u have prove it then file a complaint in consumer forum.riven
