Sir/Madam

My wife has submitted in her 125 petition that she hasn't been doing any job. In my reply, I have attached her appointment letter.

Will Hon'ble court itself will ask for her employment details from the said employer or I have to file application U/S 91.

Please guide. Thanks

Is the case fixed for interim hearing? If yes then her appointment letter would surely be considered.
If the case is fixed for evidence then you can summon her employer to prove her employment.

Sir, she filed Crpc 125 Petition. I have given written reply to her petition. This has been done as yet with regards to the case.

at this stage the court will consider the application for interim maintenance only.

final maintenance to be fixed only after the evidence is adduced by both the sides.

As you have enclosed the employment details of your wife so you need to summon the record of the employer of your wife so as to authenticate the record produced by you and the interim maintenance application shall also be decided accordingly.

If the claim of your wife is false about her unemployment then definitely she shall have to face prejury.
