Telephone connection

My tenant installed a phone in the house I own with a fake address. is this illegal? can i ask phone company to take action?

You have given no facts. Given facts indicates that you have got a benami property (illegal) and want to harass the tenant.

If your tenant got installed a phone connection with a fake address in the house you own then do what you want to do as I could not understand how you own a house that has a fake address and how have let out it???
