Can i take my chid

My 1st in-laws took away my son aged 6 years old, forcibly and were not giving back, when I went to get my child back, they were hiding my son and fought with me,with this I was mentlly dipressed,
1)when my child was in school I took my child without my 1st in-laws knowledge, from this can my 1st in-laws file a case against me?
2)Before they file any case against me, what precaution should I take
3)will I loose mothers rights on my child ?

1. They may but take this risk and take your child with you.
2. Make counter complaint with Police.
3. Never.

Dear Ankita,
If ur child was forcefully taken by ur 1st in-laws then y at that time u did not make complaint against them?
U can still file a complaint against them and file a case of custody as well.

what is the meaning of counter complaint? Does it require any documents for submission ?

Counter complaint refers to making the complaint against already filed complaint in the reply.
