Problem with wife.

I got married in year may,2010, The lady i got married is one of my distant relative my relation with her from day one was not good she use to irritate me all silly excuses, and one fine day i was so irritated that i raised my hands on her, and very next day i apologized to her not
only to her but also to her father and all of her family next day and still her farther came and took her, stating for apology which i did it many times.At the time of she leaving house i told her specifically that she is going at her own will, i am not going to call her back
after that many time my parents have gone to her house to call her but still she is not willing come, and she threatens me she will not divorce me and will not come to stay with me, with this social stigma i am unable to stay, now her parents are spreading rumor about me i am a drunkard i have another girl in my life and so on. After my repeated request and calling her she dosen't want to come home. In this time she has got her passport done, and her parents have kept her somewhat i don't know. we are not in talking terms since last one year.This time also her parents and she is behaving very rude with us.Several time me and my parents have tried calling her back t home still i dont have any idea she coming back.Recently in one of the family get together she denied knowing my mom. When i called her she dont pick up the call and her father say she will not take any decision regarding her life. Its them who is going to take decision about her life and she is preparing for some exams for Job etc. Even after this all has happened i think she is not interested to stay with me.
Please suggest what is to be done.

since you have been staying for 2years file for divorce on grounds of cruelty , desertion . contact a local lawyer

If you wish to have your wife back then you can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights.
Otherwise filing a suit for divorce is another option.

If i apply for divorce, then there would be alumini, she has already threatened me that she would not leave me and never will apply for divorce and will trouble me.
Also if i apply for to file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights i also will be in trouble she will suit a case for cruelty othre thing and she will put me behind bars.
Will there be any allumi incase the divorce is granted?

In case of divorce, you shall have to pay permanent alimony as per rules.

Yes Mr Raj, But when she left home at her own wish, still i need to pay permanent alimony, if she is working then...
if i book a case against her on basis of congual rights then she can also book a case against me on attrocities.
Please help ?? how to get rid of this...

If she is working sufficient to maintain herself and the status of her is similar to you then you are not liable to pay any amount of maintenance. It shall be better to establish conjugal rights rather thinking to get rid of her.
