I am 498a/406/34 vistim,i am bail now , bail is till feb,2013.
We have to get bail again in feb,2013.
In the meantime i talked with one person(over phone)
who is husband of one of withness, i also called him ,
he also called me.once we got fight over phone relating
to my child
If he show any adverse report on the date of bail, can bail be
cancelled ? we may get arrested?

No,i taked with witness husband over mobile .
I told that as in child custody case opponent
is not appearing , i asked where is my son ?
I will file child abduction case and try for
searching order ,i will search all including
there house.he was telling that they are not
involve in this matter,not to search their home.
It was the matter of quallel over phone

mere talking or quarelling with a person is not harmful but in your case the perso is related with witness and there is no proof that you have quarrelled only and not threatened him.
He may instigate the de facto complainant for going to cancellation which is though not easy but in the process your ad interim bail period would be lingered and you may get trouble to get confirmation of your bail.
Remain cautious.

Thank you sir, i am a father , i have not
meet my son for 1.2 years.Child custody case
they nither appearing nor taking any pettition.
I am not getting visitation right till
9 month of case file.I was mad , i wanted to
meet my son, i wanted to know how is he...

Where is the case pending. if it is in WB then the case should not take such time. Here at least visitation orders are given immediately.

I do endorse the views of both the experts and additionally suggest you not to talk the witnesses or their family members on phone otherwise it may be claimed as a threatening to them which ultimately may ham you. You are free to take any legal action but don't tell those persons about your future action.

Police Complain:Nov'2011 to Mar'2012 (4 diary)
Case File :May '2012
1st Date :july'2012,opponent does not appear
2nd Date :Aug'2012,opponent appear and asked for 1 month time
3rd Date :Nov'2012,opponent does not appear
4rd Date :Dec'2012,opponent does not appear
In October'2012 we appeal by petition for giving gift as festival ,opponent lawyer does not receive the copy of petition , not able to meet child
In Nov'2012 we tried to submit petition for visitation right ,opponent lawyer do not receive copy

No thing sir,Devajyoti sir wanted to know where the case is pending ,so i wrore the full detail of the case.
Sir,in case 498a/406/34 bell is cancelled,
how many days to get bail again?
We were unaware about the fact, the bell can be cancel if any threat related issue arise,may be over phone , i contacted their lawyer also related to mutual divorce,we are very afraid,if any worse condition happen ,how many days got get bell?
