Respected Sir
I am leaving separately with my 2 daughters ( present age 18 & 15) in Kalyan Thane from 14 years , My husband works in Dubai , but does not take responsibility of us , I am a working women , so i decided to file for divorce and children maintenance ,
My husband came to know this , he is not ready to part his money , My elder daughter is 18 yrs and needs money to study for IIT Engg , Till now i was doing , but now i need for your higher studies
What do i do , since i was not living with him i don't know much about him , I only have the residence address and work place address , but when i called his HO in bangalore they said that he is no longer working with them , but i know they are lying
In this case how can the law help me to trace him out and give my daughters justice

You need not run after his employment.
Once the court passes order of maintenance you can put this to execution and if your husband refuses to pay again then you can get warrant of arrest issued against him.

you cna also contacat a detective agency . gather necessary evidence regarding his income , his properties

The Court has to take into consideration the income of both parties while disposing off the application seeking maintenance. If you dont know the income of your husband, it shall certainly reduce the chances to get the appropriate amount of maintenance. Moreover, the present address of your husband for the purpose of sending court notice is also must to be correct.
It shall be better to obtain these initial information first and move to court. Your student daughter has every right to get maintenance fro her studies from her father even if she is major.
