Need info for divorce

In the trial of court if court asks me would you like to stay with your wife or not means at that movement if I say I don’t want to stay with her I want divorce from her since she did not stayed with me at least one week continually after marriage and she and her family members abused my family members in filthy language and she beaten my sister and mother and she left my house and after 2 years she kept false 498a case on me and my family members and ( I went to prison and I got bail and for family members got anticipatory bail ) So, in this regards to her behavior if ask divorce from her during the trial of court so is it possible for me getting divorce from her or shall I file separate petition for getting divorce from her.So, please kindly suggest me sir because I am from middle class family that’s what I need a some information for me before appointing any lawyer in my case and I will be very thank full for your information by sparing your valuable time for giving information.

you can file for divorce on grounds of cruelty . appouint a lawyer . tell him your facts . but f yur wife dosent agree to divorce it wll take time . best is go for divorce by mutual consent

Whose suit is this? If it is your wife;s suit then in your reply you can ask for divorce in counter claim.

if you wife is not agree for MCD you can file a divorce petition on cruelty ground u/s 13 1 (ia) Hindu Marriage act.
