Q)as i ask this query yesterday but i need more elaboration on that. supreme court has ask me and my wife to personally appear on next date of hearing in transfer petiton of my divorce case filed by me.experts says that court will refer this matter to mediation center of s.c. what will be the role of this center and what happen if my wife demand huge settlement amount? can apex court force me to give any amount which is beyond my capacity? can court order me to live with my wife even if i m not intrested?plz reply in detail so that my doubts are clear. is there is any fees to be deposited in such center?

Q) sir i am ready for settlement but my wife is demanding hefty amount. In 2009 they were demanding 20 lacs as settlement amt in women cell.whereas truth is that marriage was dowryless. On what factor does settlement amount depends?

your wife can demand the moon . what is your financial position ? you can refuse to pay unless she agrees to reasonable figure

Q) sir my last query does all such matters are refered to mediation center in supreme court.moreover can wife demand property which is on name of my father during settlement.

In mediation if both agree on certain point then only it would succeed. Else the matter would be sent back to the court for disposal of case on merit.
