For one year how much days we are eligible for mutual shift adjustments ?

Dear Sir,

I am HR person.In our company one person is taking every week shift mutual ie today he is 1st shift but he told to 2nd shift person you come for my shift i will come to your shift. this is the fact.

He doing this as habitual. Please advise me in this case whether any limitations for this activities.

iit is mutual understanding among employees . as long as maagement has no objection and employee is doing his job dont panic

This is not a law and no such facility should be provided to such person who is not disciplined. Serve him a notice and then initiate disciplinary action against him.
