Loss of pay

Dear Sir,

I would like to understand wether loss of pay due to medical been taken into consideration while giving appraisl? I was not paid salary due to medical reason but ESI has paid the benefits.

The payment from ESI is on behalf of employer as contribution is every month paid by employer to ESIC organization for such purpose.
