kindly give me advise with regard to the law on home tutions. whether the home tutions are permissible as per law or not. if yes than kindly refer any provision or policy/guidline framed by the govt.

What is your real problem? This is academic query or a query without giving full facts. Prima facie there is no wrong in home tuitions and according to my knowledge there are no policies/guidelines in this regard except some Governments impose ban on tuitions by Government teachers to earn additional income.
