Insufficeient court fee stamp.....

(Querist) 10 October 2012 This query is : Resolved
I am one of the defendant in a suit. in the said suit i raised objection regarding the valuation and consequently insufficient stamp duty paid. immediately the plaintiff filed an amendment application for amending the valuation of the suit. i gave no objection in respect in that and the court ordered the plaintiff to carry out the amendment as per stipulated time and to pay the deficit stamp duty within one month from the date of order. the plaintiff only amended the plaint but neither filed the amended plaint nor paid the deficit stamp duty within one month. can i raise any objection for the same??? is there any provision for asking the dismissal of the suit for not obeying the court order??? if any are there any case laws for the same...??????
