Sec 337,338 and 279 in motor accidental case

i am 75 years old age i had accidented by two wheeler and this case going on last time after sixty years of accident court said me to identify the person who collaided me but this time i said that this person is not involve in accident i never identifiied him because of loss of eyesight and that time he is so young and now he is looking so different so can i take chance for give statement and give any related citation for that in my case there is two witness and one other person is still wait for witness so give me best advise for my case

are you sure that your case is pending for 60 years or it is an error of typing? Is it a belivable story? Pl crear the doubt first.
