i need call details of my husband mobile he threatned me on phone to implicate me in a false and frivlous case I just want to prove through his call details that he rang me and my friend also. and the other calls he made to the persons who are helping him. He alleged that I make him call and invite him at home with the call details i can prove that i did not make him any call

You can not legally get the call details of someone else.
However, you can get the same through a detective.
You can get the same called in court as well by making an application in the running case u/s 91 CrPC.

Just file a compliant against your husband mentioning the above fact before the jurisdictional police station and get the acknowledgement and then show it to the mobile service provider and seek them to provide call details from last 6 months after that they ll provide you. In such circumstance mobile provider shall have to give details in case rejected then approach consumer forum against mobile service provider for default of their service.
