Kindly advise me on the following query which may be usefull to the public at large :

1. Can a person enroll as a voter in the electoral roll with two different addresses in delhi ?

2. if he is having his name at two different addresses then Can such a person vote from both the addresses in the elections ?

3. Is it legal if he votes from both the addresses in elections ?

4. if he has voted from both the addresses in the same elections then What criminal and civil actions can be taken against such person and by whom ?

5. Who can lodge the FIR / complaint against such person and under what sections of the IPC ?

6. Can a common man lodge a complaint /Fir against such person ?

7. How much punishment will he be given by the court if he is convicted by the court in the case ?
