Writ petition

We have filed a writ petition in high court against our builder. The builder is at fault in many ways and is unwilling to appear for a hearing.
Our matter was listed for some date. Then one day before the date our case was dropped.
Another date was given a week later. This time also the same thing happened.
Is this normal, or is the builder playing mischief?

it may be because of urgent cases being taken up on said date . ask your lawyer to cross check with registry

File Application u/s 151 of CPC for early hearing of ur WP in court .

it may be a matter of conjecture that the date got postponed twice. you may file application u/s 151 cpc for early hearing
