Regarding: using abusing words

I am from New Delhi, India.

Today, at 4:25 am when I called Reliance Customer Care, the representative over there picked the phone and started using abusive words (Gaali). I have the proof of that, and I had marked mail to several senior officials of Reliance Communication, and they will take action against this.

Can I get monetary compensation in this case?
Should I contact New Delhi cyber crime police?
What Indian Companies Act says?
