Illigal diverse from mufti by my wife

Respected Sir,

Kindly any one can tell me that My wife got Khula/ Diverse from Mufti of Mahkmaye-shariay Uncompetent court and i dont have any proof from Mufti for Diverse as he was with them new she runaway with someone I dont know as she was having affaire with him.

now i dont have any idea where is she Interim maintenance date is 24/07/2012 for argument can anyone help me how i have to proove to the court that she got merried and diverse.

Mufti have theaten me to file false case against me and put into jail if i will complain agaist him because this mufti is reputed in Muslim society. she aborted child and her brother try to kill me but police didnt register any case against my FIL and BIL 4 Years has gone.

can i file 307 aganst my BIL and 312 agaisnt wife and FIL

When so much has happened what for are you waiting?
Visit a local advocate and get the cases filed against the culprits. A married person can not get maintenance.

1) hire a detective agencty . obtain proof of her marriage .

2) obtain proof that she has done abortion of your child .

3) contcat a local lawyer .

4) if your brother in law had tried to kill you and police were reluctant to lodge a complaint you ought to have complainted to Commr of police . filed complaint before magistrate under section 156(3)

but sir 4 years has gone
still i can file for 312 and 307 IPC and my wife already said in complain that i did abortion with the conspiracy of doctor
in her FIR its mentioned
but she did two times abortion as i have complain copy before abortion and then she left to her home with the child Eltrasound report was there while she left my home
please advise me
sir and i am in dubai can anyother person represent me in the court

if 4 years have passed since the incident it does creates doubt about genuine ness of your complaint .

generally for abortion purposes husband consent is taken by doctors . better contact a detective agency ,

ask your relatives to contact a local lawyer .
