Payment of cheque in court by dd but complainant not accepting

What do you want to ask?
if the accused is ready to pay the entire amount of the cheque through DD before the court then the accused should filed an application for plea bargaining before the court with the Supreme court Judgement, the court may allow the application and on fine of 10% of the cheque amount the case will be finish.

Sir,

The cheque was given in advance and complaint u/s 138 was filed 4 years back but no summons were received because material was fully reject and the complainant was everytime agreeing over telephone to lift back the rejected material and settle the issue. Now NBW have been issued and I deposited full cheque amount through DD with the court but the complainant refused to accept DD with a demand for full interest.
