Suspension of sentence

Hi Expert,

My father has been convicted in 3 cases of similar nature having charges of 420,468,471, and 13(1)d of PC act for 3 years in each section in each case.
Now the undertrial period and custody period is already more than 20 months but still the Delhi High Court is not giving us suspension of sentence.
So my question is:-
1.) Whether we could file an appeal in DB bench or Chief Justice of DHC after getting our bail application rejected from SB.
2.)How much time the application will take to come on board if we move to Supreme Court of India.

Please advice.

Dear Gupta,

You haven't mentioned whether the court has ordered sentenced for the sentences to run concurrently or consecutively.

1. Yes such bail applicatio can be filed.
2. two weeks.
