Claim of arrears ,interest and job for family member

My father was working in Malaria Department,MCD at Uttam Nagar,New Delhi.
He is missing since 1999.Recently Death certificate has been issued by MCD for my missing father after we got court order from Tees Hazari.We went to Tees Hazari after seven years of missing,got court order and now,death certificate.
I dont know ,where to apply for the claim of arrears,interest and job from MCD and how.
Please guide.I want to know the whole process.

CLAIM THE BENEFITS FROM THE DEPARTMENT.AS THE DEATH CERTIFICATE HAS BEEN ISSUED AFTER SEVEN YEARS,THE LIMITATION STARTS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE CERTIFICATE.
