Dear Sirs,
As i have acquired a property recently in bangalore, when i check the history with the original documents i came to know that in the year 1998 a natorized GPOA given to one person to deal with 25 cents of Mr.Sidappa property and that GPOA holder sold the property to Nagaraj in the year 2001 and nagaraj sold it to rajesh and then halid or sell to radhika from her i got the property. I got a doubt that remaining are sale deed. Only that Notarized GPOA in the year of 1998 is valid or not? If that is invalid then every thing is invalid? pl calrify my doubts,as some adv.friends saying that at that time in 1998 GPOA NOTARISED were accepted not an issue. some are saying there might be problems in any litigation by legal heris,pl advise me....

you have already bought the property . all these detauils you ought to have checkd before purcahsing property .
for sale of property it is necessary that GPA be regsitered . if GPA is not registered sale deed is not registered by authorities .
please cross check whether subsequent agreements for purchase land have been registered or not

They have shown me three previous transaction deed for the past11 years but not mentioned about the GPOA.
