In a Hindu family of 7 brothers(all married) had inherited ancestral property.
Brother No.3 died leaving his wife with no children in 1987. When he died there were only two brothers alive.
Subsequently wife died in year 1991 and she had not married again and not made any will, the inheritance passed on to the surviving brothers as per a court decree against a case for acquisition of one of the property by wife's relatives and court decreed that the surviving brothers are only the legal heirs and will pass on to them only.
There is another undivided property of the seven brothers held in common which was not partitioned, which is now being sold.
Now as both the surviving brothers had passed away, Will the legal rights of this undivided property will vest with the wards of these two brothers or not. If so under what provisions, if not under what provisions of the applicable act. The brother 3 and his wife had not made any will and died interstate.
