How to merge the suits?

(Querist) 22 June 2012 This query is : Resolved
I have some suits pending before different courts. In all suits matter is same & based on a single same RTI taken by plaintiff of first suit. Rest of plaintiff are using same RTI provided by first plaintiff. The pending suits are:
First: In Sub-division Court
(Stay application filed by plaintiff is rejected)
Second: In Sub-division Court
(Stay application filed by plaintiff is rejected)
Third: High Court,
Stay application not rejected/granted by HC after 6 hearings.
Fourth: First Hearing will be in next month
(No interim stay granted by court).
The plaintiff in all suits are different persons, but using same document. I am resondent in all suits.
Is it possible that I filed petition to merge all suits in HC for fast decision, as I am getting huge loss of my brand name due to pending suits. Suggest any other remedy... Please, reply only serious comment
