i have filed the dv matter and the notice hasbeen served to the respndent through the protection officer now what on next day ehat about protection officer report anf if respondent will not present before the court then what

court will peruse report of protection officer and pass interim orders on your application . if respeondent is absent court may adjourn the case

pass appropriate orders against him.
