Sir
I am purchasing one plot in a society for trading purpose. As per memorandum of society only Christians can become members of society. I am not Christian. If I make an agreement to sale with vendor where it will be mentioned that final agreement/sale deed will be made with person which I recommend (who will be Christian) .Is this arrangement okay as far as rights are transferred to me and then later on to the person with whom final sale deed will be made? This agreement to sale will not be bad in eye of law as I am not Christian?
I will make payment now against this banakhat/agreement to sale and later on final sale deed will be made in name of a christian by the same vendor where i will sign as confirming party.

There is no illegality to execute the agreement as you put here. You may clearly mention in the agreement that the seller shall be bound to execute the registered sale-deed on the specific day in the name of a person (christian) as told by the vendee.
Legally such agreement is valid.
