Inheritance of farmer title for a married girl

dear sir
my father in law being a farmer does my wife continue to inherit the title after marriage too..
secondly if yes then wat is the legitimate document to prove her inheritance. we have a child so does the title confer on him also after birth.
i m asking this since i intend to invest in an agricultural plot under her name.
kindly respond, if possible with details.

Mutation entries in the revenue records are the vallid documents to prove her inheritance.

True mutation entries are valid document to prove title of person whose name is recorded therein.

But in which state the agricultural land is?

In state of UP Succession is governed by UPZA where under married daughters are not heirs of their father's agricultural land.

Also there is no concept of right by birth to a son in property of his mother in any state.
