Dear Mr. Sharma
you are not satisfied with your current job, as you inform that you are a law clerk in SC, I don't think so to left the job and join any law firm or lawyer chember. but if you want you can join law firm.

You should gain practical knowledge with pros and cons of each side and should yourself decide what to do otherwise you shall receive further confusing views on this aspect.

Working in SC as a Clerk.
Why do you want to go for working in a law firm? are you a law graduate??

It is advisable to continue in your current job. Speak to superior officers in your department and find out the further opportunities in the job.

You are worried about the job security.
You can very well join an advocate or a firm. But initially, the stipend will be too low. It will be difficult if you are staying away from home.
