consumer complaint

I has purchased a packet of bread.It is fungas infected.I want to file a consumer complaint,but problem is that it will take some time meanwhile how i can preserve the packet of bread because it will got dried/destroyed after some days than how can i preserve it or analysis it for securing my evidence in court.what procedure i have to adopt.

better u send a notice to the manufacturer and simultaneously send the packet to some authorised laboratory so that the net result in the form of evidence remains with u.

System is not developed in india up to now. What ever written in books are not possible practically as it is.

Hello,

Along with the above suggestion you can take photograph of the above food product and whil writing to the company also send a email and also the same mail by speed post, this act of your will show that you had taken all the necessity precaution to convey the problem to company within shortest possible time
