My wife has filed the application in Dehi Supreme Court in family court as she is staying with her brother in delhi, she falsely accused me saying that me and my family were harassing her when she used to come for the proceedings. The marriage was in Pune and she herself filed the Divorce case on me, Can the case again be shifted to Pune Session Court? My wife stayed with me only 14 days and asked huge amount of maintenance which I can hardly fulfil it.
Why no law has been made to protect the right of husband.

contest the case . contact a local lawyer . if your wwife is earning she may not get maintenace .

There is no need to call Nadeem.

The law has its own power to be implemented. This cannot be discussed here but now in the given facts, you shall have to contest the case at Delhi and the same cannot be transferred at Pune and if the same is transferred, you shall be burdened with the traveling charges of your wife from Delhi to Pune with her dearness allowance which shall be more than your counsel fee at delhi.

1. The case could not have been filed in Delhi Supreme Court. It would have been file in any family court in Delhi.

2. If you can prove that she is not staying in Delhi, the case might be transferred.

3. I agree with Ld. Mr. Makkad that you can be saddled with a heavy travelling cost in such case.

I just came to know that the case has not been fully transferred but she has pt the application of transfer to Delhi Supreme Court in family court. She is staying in Delhi with her brother so does it mean if tomorrow she move to Bangalore will she be able to move the case to bangalore or kerala court?

Wife can file the case of Divorce where she ordinarily reside.
This facility to woman to avoid any hardship to her.

They all talk about Equal Rights and Equality, at the cost of MAN ONLY. In fact there is no Equality at Law as far as Women are concerned. Even if she earn more, healthy, rich, She get maintenance, not man. Political parties make Laws to protect Low Caste, Minority, Women, etc for creating their VOTE BANK.
If Man Stop Marrying, Govt. already passed law for Live in relationship also, where , Like DV Act, again protect Women only.

All at COST OF MAN.

If you have reported facts in this column, it is sheer harrassment. No wife can jump into conclusion that the husband is impotent by living only 14 days with him!. I have my full sympathies with you. Fight it back at any cost.
