my grand father (self earned property)and one ansistors house 5000 sq feet thought to give to grandsons mentioned ours name & my father as gaurdien & made a registered will in 1985 with correct signature and his own dicission beause my father was rash & ignoreent & my father got to know about the will & quarreled with him grandfather had paralysis & changed the will in favour of him in that will he mentioned my father as absolute owner & all told all self earned property & made a registered will in 1989 signature is diffrent from previous will(regular sig) & signature differ from page to page on the 8 pages of the 1989will & passed away & he sold 80% of property & the ansistors house in 1990 while selling the property he un knowing(in village) gave the reason in sale deed that he had to purchase the property in bangalore & for construction purpose i am selling the land & mentioned our 3 brothers name & signed on behalf of minor now his age is 64 me & my mother leaving seperatly in the bangalores property for more than 12 years now he got the information that he can sell the grandfather left over 16 sites which is in tamilnadu without our signature & quareeling with me & my mother to vacate the house & giving criminal case 323 506 & my brother is helping my father & they will file 498 with the help of his wife & he is telling he will give entire property or money to my brother it self so he is supporting my father so is their any way to get the share out of the house & left over 16 site property in tamilnadu & we are thinking to leave the house & file the case that 1985 will is original so he has mentioned our names while selling the property
or i gave the money of 2 lakh for construction of house but no records we gave to our brother & he gave to our father my father has no work (no income proof) so give suggestions.
1) if i file the case in what reason i should file the case.
2)if case is pending he can sell the property or make any will in favor of my brother if done it will be valid when case is pending.
3) can my mother get any share out of it.
4) i will get the share when i challange the will .
5) & he expires naturally while the case is pending.
6) i wanted a Good lawyer in vellore Tamilnadu so i can file the case.

Very silly query as it states too much ambiguous details.
1) if case is pending he can sell the property ?
ANSWER:Tell what case is pending??????
2) or make any will in favour of my brother if done it will be valide or i can get the share when case is pending.???
ANSWER:One can make WILL any time,may be with or without right ????????
3) or can my mother get any share out of it
4) i will get the share when i challange the will .
5) he expires naturally while the case is pending.

You should obtain a stay order in the ongoing suit so that your father may not sell the properties during the pendancy of the suit. You should challenge the will of 1989. I think it should have been got challenged by you at the early stage but still you are free to do so and if the will of 1989 is set aside then you shall become the exclusive owner of the entire properties and all transactions made by your father shall also be rendered as illegal and nonest before law.

thanks for your reply i will file the case
& obtain stay order but my father can make will(my brothers favor) & will be valid or not.
and all will-1989 is registered & witness are alive today they are in my fathers favor.
