Rights of "nominee" as per cooperative society act

I want to know the rights of a NOMINEE who inherits the property after the death of the owner as per the Haryana Cooperative Society act 1984. There are other legal heirs of the deceased.

NO is the answer as all legal heirs would be entitled to inherit.

Nominee is only entitled to get the entire benefits from the society but he is not the exclusive owner of the benefits. The benefits got from the society shall remain available to all legal heirs of the deceased person as per their respective share. There is no any preferential share to the nominee.
