yes u can inform the manufaturer about this fact....

it really works and fewere times good companies do reward for this.

u can also forward a complaint regarding this to the local civil supplies department, they will take the penal action as well.

Well, I would like to know if the same is in the knowledge of manufacturer then what quick action can be taken by him.

And how the manufacturer can save himself from price tampered by retailer.
