Post dated chqs issued & cosequences after brain injury

my husbond has issued post dated chqs to
1) a private person who has not a money lenders license
2) a finance co against vehical loan

two months he met an accident and he has brain surgery and he does not remember anything as per neuro surgeon's certificate

I am a house wife besides i am illerate and i do not know his fiancial activities. Now he has not source of income being mentally handicapped.
Now I do not have money for my family's bread and butter
what are the consequenceas and what are the solutions to come out the critical situations
I am under full tension as i have no financial & mental support of any kind

could experts advice to me

if your husband has issued cheques on dishonour of the cheques complaint under section 138 NI would be filed against your husband .

you have to fight the case .
