Respected Experts,
My request /Appeal:-
Every good person do some Charity in this world by this way or that way…. For example :-Such as giving donation to various organization or to individual as per their capability. Good Teacher devote some time to give free tution to poor/needy student
Here on LCI many experts are doing charity by giving their valuable suggestions to the needy queriest. Hence I SALUTE you .
I have read resolution( Guidelines- to- be- followed) taken by the Experts of this site, such as not to reply anonymous , fake query,repeated query etc............ That may be a good decision by the Experts.
Whereas I want to draw your attention towards the problem of the queriest/author as under:-
1. Why the author ask the question/his problem on LCI? The reason are:-
(a) He gets the answer free of cost.
(b) He is answered by a number of Experts.
If queriest gets similar answer from the all experts, then it is very good.
But...... if the queriest gets conflicting views from the experts then it means he has been confused by the Experts with their conflicting views, means he is still on crossing, do not know where to go( What to do).
Hence My request………. to all the Top twenty RESPECTED Experts that they should pass a resolution in case of conflicting answers to first debate about their answer giving references of Judgement/law within themselves and then give the final correct and full answer to the Queriest. Only then your Free suggestion will serve the purpose to help the needy queriest.

Simple solution is to find common answer (2 or 3)among the reply by the experts.

Law does not work like math problem or computer that is why there are so many courts, appeals revisions etc etc etc.
So conflicting opinions are good for you since you get many angles which you can never get by approaching one person.

Even High Court Judge Decision is challenged, and either SC find it is TRUE, or Supreme Court find it Wrong.
Law is not Mathematics. that 1+1=2.
All cases differ. All fact differs.
As Judges make mistake, in hurry of work, Experts do can make mistake.
Judges take 1 years to decide your case and make mistake, is reversed in Appeal.
we experts here decide the case within 10 Seconds, without personal presence or Documents, and can err.
e cannot ask any question, except very superficial query, in a few lines.
In Court a average case is 250 Pages.
So with such a lot of Limitation, how do anyone expect Totally sure solution. ?? That too Free of Cost and with citations, that cost a lot. Search of Case law is a time consuming, and it cost.
So if you expect "the final correct and full answer to the Querist" are you ready to bear the minimum cost for it's search??
We have very limited time.
We cannot devote hours for this LCI.
Majority of queries are Imaginary, or to Counter Check their Lawyer.
Do you mean all asking here , with so serious a law problem, have no lawyer, and fighting their cases in Court without Lawyers? without paying their Professional Fees. ??
Do you think, they do not get benefits of k or L : Do they want to share it ?? should they share the benefit? or there should be taker on one side without giving anything, and other side, querist saves, or earn a lot, free of cost, at our cost, with o intention to give anything!!
Over and above, he expect 100% Sure Result, that even 10L fee Advocates too will not assure.
If Querist so desire, can come in III Group, for Paid service, and Experts may give Full Written Opinion with all possible details , by Groups of Experts., Parting Fees to LCI also.
Are the Querist Ready for That??
Gaurav, if Querist wants ready Laddu, and expect all experts also start conference among themselves, get services of Citations, guide fighting their cases, Plan for their winning, it cost., and need lots of time. Advocate differs in their opinion. Everybody think in their own view point. All are correct in their own way.
To decide on 10 line Query is not a joke!!.
We can give a general idea.
For Specialized job, one have to go in detail, and bear it's cost too.
NO LUNCH IS FREE.
It cannot exist.

When you will come out of college, ad observe Practicable Life, you will realize all these.
Education is good job.
Do your college teaches you free??
You being student, it is too early for you to suggest charity.
Majority of people donate in charity to get Income Tax Rebate.
Every good person do some Charity:
You know what people say about Advocates?? good person??
If they are good, criminal don't dare to commit offence, All criminals get punishment,
The world becomes clean and clear, without any corruption.
India can become Heaven, which is slowly going to be hell due to Police, Advocates & Politicians.

Respected Mr Shroff, your Statement that"You being student, it is too early for you to suggest charity."
I am not suggesting charity to anybody here. I am saying that whoever is doing Charity in the world he is a good person and deserves to be called "Respected".
Anyway "Respected Mr Shroff" thanks for attending my query. and please forgive me if I have stated something wrong.My intention was not to irritate you.
Perhaps I post this query here thinking this platform like a "twitter" .I could not stop myself to share my views here with the experts but I think I have wasted your valuable time here.
