Can advocate for the complainant

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 01 February 2012 This query is : Resolved
is there any provision in law which enables the complainant to appoint an advocate to argue in court at the stage of remand, bcoz PP IS not putting all the facts to the court and try to protect accused person.pls tell me the judgement also if any .
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 01 February 2012
Every complainant has got a legal right to appoint his separate counsel but he shall have to assist the PP. There is no need of producing a citation over this simple point because this a procedural law requiring no force of citations.

No court denies to accept the Vakaltnama on behalf of complainant in State case.

I agree with Mr. Makkad
if you are not satisfied with the PP then file a complaint against PP or give an application for appoint another PP in your case with proof.
feel free to call
