sir,

i m opp no 1 in compensation case(labour court), can i postpone my evidence after opp no 2? because i m under medical treatment and cant approach to the court. i have all medical certificates.

no.. after your evidence only 2nd respondent's evidence can be admitted before court..if you not available mean your evidence may be closed.

but you can recall your self for your evidence..

you are permitted for that.

Apply in Court, if allowed, ur purpose served, as special case of Medical trt.

Picture will be clear that way.
If no prejudice caused to opp party, why court reject your application??
