Expediting judgement on medical ground

(Querist) 15 January 2012 This query is : Resolved
It is understood that consideration for early hearing and judgement given for senior citizens.

similarly, any considerations given for if the complainant is severely ill,say a heart patient?any citations in this regard?

in the instant case, complainant at a cdrf is a heart patient and the entire arguments are over and the case is reserved for orders from nov 2011.

Nothing wrong Apply for expediting it.

As such, now your heart patient need not come to court.
It is kept for Order, since last 2 months only. So no need.

However, you can Apply.

Though there are various citations which are benecial for the senior citizens and person ailing seriously as SC has given guidelines to lower courts in their matters but those are not required in your case at this belated stage when the judgment is likely to be pronounced within days to come.

It is better to make enquiry from the concerned court time and again against the due verdict which shall definitely speed up the process.
