Dear Sir,

I have been worked 9 months in previous company due to better prospect I have resigned. But they have not give me settlement saying that you are legible only completion of 1 year.

Please let me know in Labour Act shall I receive my EL & LTA.

Labour law would apply only if you are workman.
If no then your job contract needs to be seen.

If the job contract is not there then you are legally entitled to get remuneration or salary for the work done by you for which you need to file civil suit for recovery of money.

what does your letter of appointment state? does it metion that you have to work for 1 yearas claimed by company?

My appointment letter says completion of 1 year of service I have eligible for EL & LTA. I have left the company as per company rules. Kindly clarify sir.

As your appointment letter clearly says that you are entitled only after 1 years and you left your job after 9 months then there remain no occasion to raise this query. chapter ends. You are not entitled to claim the desired benefit.
