mr A goes at the walking meanwhile the dog of B bites him which kind of A got injury and under which law and under which section A can lodge complain against the B

but the dog is not comes under cruel animal, by nature.
you need to prove the negligence of A, on behalf of a Dog of A, bitten you, without being grave and sudden provocation by any body or any thing or any event or any sound.

does it constitute any of the offences in IPC imposing strict liability i.e. where criminal intention/mense rea is not required ?
