We have not filed DIN-3 to ROC in the year 2007 when the company was formed, now the site is not allowing us(giving a message like "company default in filing DIN-3/Form.32") to see 'View Signatory Details' under register digital signature corner of MCA portal pls suggest us the remedy. Can we file the DIN -3 now ro pls suggest us what went wrong and remedy. thanks in advance to all the members here.

I would suggest to consult the ROC directly.
Any ways let us see what the experts have to say.

First file the DIN 3 of all the directors and the issue is automatically resolved.

Obtain DIN-2 from the Director's and file DIN-3. If PAN is not informed earlier, also file DIN-4.

I support the views of Prabhakar Sir.
it is evident from your queries that you are actually not in need of any advise, but you are putting the queries because you just came across a subject/topic.
Please take some effort ro refer concerned books for better knowledge. Further, almost all the details are available in the internet which you can obtain by searcing in Google etc.
You can find a lot of details in the archives of this site too.
I would like to tell you that, if you continue this practice, the experts will gradually ignore your queries and they may not reply even if you put a serious query.
