plz guide how to draft an advocate's notice to be served on a husband who is neither willing to take his wife back from his parents' house nor giving any sort of maintenance . plz note that wife has been living in her parents house for more two years.

are you an advocate?

state facts of the case .

date and year of marriage . subsequent registartion of marriage .
was wife driven out of the matrimonal home by husband?

you have to state so if she was kicked out by the husband .

subseqent t efforts made at reconcilation .

the refusal by husband to take his wife back inspite of best efforts . refusal to pay her a penny maintenan ce . grant him 7 days time to make amends

it is better you contact a local lawyer and brief him about the netire facts of case to enable him to draft a proper notice .

Where is the need of such notice?

If you are willing to saty with him them talk to him in person.
If you think there is no chance of any positive results then file the maintenance case and case for divorce.
Sending him legal notice is not going to help you in any manner.

If you send legal notice, he might reply with legal notice. You would soon be in court and lawyers would be a wee bit richer.

If the issue can be resolved amicably, do it.
