Gumasta License ????????????means what?????
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 09 December 2011
Gumasta Lincense means Trading Lincense.

You being an advocate do not require any Gumasta License as Advocates Act, 1961 permits you to open your office and engage therein employees therein, if requirement occur.

You may engage advocate-clerks according to your requirements, without any permission from anybody and also can fix their salary/remuneration on the agreed terms with them.

In My opinion Gumastha lisence shall be applicable in your case, if you are telling that youi are tax consultant, but if you are practicing lawyer than you dont need.
