Delhi - mm changed in pwdva

Dear experts,

DV case was filed in Dec 2010. In two dates, only reply has been filed. Mediation over without any result. Third date is coming in Nov 2011. Now I came to know, MM for my case has been changed. Could you please tell me what will happen now? Will there be any delay because of MM change?

When you have entered in court do not worry
about time.It may be any thing.

I guess the pleadings of the case is not yet complete as she still has to file rejoinder, so no delay.

They filed DV complaint along with DIR seeking numerous relief. We replied putting our objection and mentioning all real facts. Thats all that has happened in one year :)

Now as per my understanding interim maintenance argument will start. Could you please tell me, what is rejoinder??

Alright, it seems I got the answer from www.

Rejoinder:
1. A reply, esp. a sharp or witty one.
2. A defendant's answer to the plaintiff's reply or replication.

correct, rejoinder is pending.

Only thereafter interim maintenance would be decided and hence no delay.
